This Refund and Cancellation Policy clearly explains the conditions under which refunds are granted for course purchases made on courses.taxadvisory.in.

- What You Are Purchasing
When you purchase a course on courses.taxadvisory.in, you are purchasing a license to access digital educational content — including pre-recorded videos, downloadable notes, Excel templates, and a completion certificate. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
Because digital content is delivered instantly and can be consumed from the moment of purchase, our refund window and conditions are defined clearly below.

- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following circumstances:
- You have accessed more than 20% of the course content
- More than 7 days have passed since the date of purchase
- You claim you did not like the course after consuming a significant portion of it
- You purchased the course by mistake but have already accessed the content
- Your account has been suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions (including content sharing or account misuse)
- You are requesting a refund for a course that was purchased at a discounted or promotional price and the sale conditions stated “non-refundable”
- How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
Step 1: Send an email to info@taxadvisory.in
Subject Line: Refund Request — [Your Full Name] — [Order ID]
Include the following in your email:
- Your registered email address on courses.taxadvisory.in
- Order ID or transaction reference number (available in your confirmation email)
- Course name
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
Step 2: Our team will verify your request within 48 working hours and confirm eligibility based on this policy.
Step 3: If eligible, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method via Razorpay.
- Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved and initiated by Tax Advisory, the time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your payment method:

These timelines are standard Razorpay reversal timelines. Tax Advisory is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
- Failed or Duplicate Payments
Payment failed but amount debited: This can occur due to network interruptions during the payment process. The amount is automatically reversed to your account within 5–7 business days by Razorpay as per RBI guidelines. If the amount is not reversed within 7 business days, email us at info@taxadvisory.in with your bank transaction ID or screenshot.
Duplicate payment (charged twice): If your account has been debited more than once for the same course, email us immediately at info@taxadvisory.in with both transaction reference numbers. We will refund the duplicate amount in full within 5–7 business days.
- Course Access Not Received After Payment
If you have completed payment successfully but have not received course access or a confirmation email within 30 minutes:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Ensure you registered with the correct email address
- Email us at info@taxadvisory.in with your name, phone number, and payment reference number
Our team will manually activate your access within 24 hours. If we are unable to resolve the access issue, a full refund will be issued.
- Cancellation of Orders
Since course access is granted immediately upon payment, order cancellation is treated the same as a refund request. Please refer to Section 3 (Refund Eligibility) for applicable conditions.
- Changes to This Policy
Tax Advisory reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective from the date of update on this page. For purchases made before a policy change, the policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
